Our goal is to keep a very complicated subject as simple as possible: Eat food that has the ability to spoil and eat it before it spoils. If you are eating food that your ancestors ate 25,000 years ago, it’s probably better for you.

We are very pro-exercise; in fact, in many ways we consider exercise the closest thing to the fountain of youth. However, Eastside Wellness Chiropractic wants our patients to understand that exercise is very poor at controlling weight. Weight control is affected primarily by what and how much we eat; the main macronutrient to consider for controlling weight loss is carbohydrates.
